Project manager

We are a Polish family business and one of the fastest growing clothing companies in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. LPP owns 5 clothing brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay. For 30 years we have been successfully operating in Poland and abroad, offering its collection in traditional stores already on 39 markets, including in such prestigious capitals as London, Berlin or Tel Aviv.

Task:

  • Coordinating and supervising of negotiation, design and construction process of new LPP stores
  • Analysis and negotiation of technical specifications with the Landlord's representatives
  • Verification of the technical condition of the premises for the potential stores
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Collecting project documentation and information required to launch design process
  • Developing, maintaining and updating the projects budgets and schedules
Preparation of the tender for fit-out works
  • Supervision over the project in accordance with lease agreements and LPP technical standards
  • Technical acceptance of the stores
  • Technical and financial verification of subcontractor offers
  • Preparation of reports / summaries of ongoing projects
  • Formal and financial settlement of the projects

Expectation:

  • Fluency (written & spoken) in Hungarian and English languages,
  • BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects,
  • Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork,
  • Min. 4 years’ experience in project management, construction management and supervision
  • Negotiation skills,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage,
  • Fluency in reading technical drawings,
  • Travel flexibility,
  • Experience in cooperation with Shopping Centers, or retail chains will be a great advantage.
